'Without you i go BACK to BLACK'... you probably wondering why i started off with a quote, this one in particular. I hope I can make you understand.
You see, in life we come across someone/something that helps us stay or get in the right path. When we do find them/it, a series of emotions crumble on us. We love that we have found them/it but we hate that there will be so much change. Lets face it, everyone is scared of change. It is the one thing that every human being is frightened by. It can change the whole course of a man's life, So sometimes we take such people/things for granted because of the uncertainty that they bring to our lives.
One thing that we are blinded to is the fact that these people/things are the necessary necessities we need to achieve so many things in our human lives. You can call them 'God sent'. When we do not cater for them/it in the right manner we end up loosing them/it. As unfair as it may seem, most of us do not get another chance to find such people/things
I recently encountered a loss that left me perplexed... the main reason why i decided to share this with you all. Yoruba people say 'A o mo olore wa' in English it means 'we do not know our Savior' you never truly know the role they/it play[s] in your life until you have either lost them/it or noticed some changes.
The main moral of this text is, learn not to take people or things in your life for granted. I hope you understand what i am trying to pass across. You might be wondering why the quote then. Let me shed a little light on that. Let me tell you a story of Joseph and Bella
Bella is a very promiscuous girl, she does what she feels when she wants to and does not care what anybody thinks about it. One day she met Joseph in a bus and they got talking. To cut the long story short, they got involved with each other as you suspected. They dated for 3 years and being the kind of person she is, she loved him sincerely but could care less what he felt about her lifestyle but in the course of those 3 years she had changed a lot. She did not notice it because Joseph was the complete opposite of her so he never rubbed it in her face. When their relationship had run its course, she got tired of being committed to him, so she decided to break up with him. The 1st 1 week without him was like hell and she started to notice how much she had improved as a person but because 'he' was no longer in her life she started to deteriorate and got even worse than she was initially. she went 'Back to Black' after 3 years of being Bright and shinny. Notice that difference in your life and look for its source when you do find, DON'T LET GO!
Thanks,
